A quick guide to Nurse-Pay.
How do I create my first pay estimate?
Add a contract with the rates and rules from your signed agreement. Then add your shifts for the week. Nurse-Pay combines those entries into an estimated pre-tax weekly total.
Why doesn’t my result match my pay stub?
Nurse-Pay estimates pre-tax income using only the values you enter. It does not calculate taxes, deductions, employer-specific payroll rules, or interpret your contract.
Check the base rate, overtime threshold and multiplier, shift differentials, stipends, and hours against your signed contract and employer payroll.
How are night, weekend, and overtime rates handled?
Each contract can include its own base rate, overtime settings, night and weekend differentials, on-call pay, and allowances. The app applies the settings you enter to the shifts you record.
Can I compare two contracts?
Yes. Use contract comparison to apply the same planned hours to two sets of rates, then review estimated total pay and effective hourly pay side by side.
Can I export my records?
Yes. You can export a weekly summary as a PDF or your shift data as a CSV. Files are created on your device and shared only through the destination you choose in Apple’s share sheet.
Where is my data stored?
Your contracts, shifts, notes, and settings are stored locally on your device. Nurse-Pay has no account, advertising, analytics, or cloud-sync service. See the Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete all of my data?
Open the Privacy & Settings screen in Nurse-Pay and choose the option to clear all local data. Deleting the app also removes its local data, subject to device backups you control.
