Information we collect
Nurse-Pay does not collect, transmit, sell, or share your personal data. We do not use your information for advertising or tracking.
The contract rates, shift entries, notes, and settings you add are stored locally on your device. They are used only to calculate and display the pay estimates you request.
Accounts and network access
Nurse-Pay does not require or provide user accounts. The current version has no cloud sync and does not send your contracts or shifts to a Nurse-Pay server.
Exports and sharing
When you export a PDF or CSV, Nurse-Pay creates the file on your device and opens Apple’s system share sheet. You choose whether and where to share it.
Any destination you select—such as Mail, Messages, Files, or another app—is governed by that destination’s own privacy practices.
Backups and data deletion
If device backup is enabled, Apple may include locally stored app data in a system backup according to your device and iCloud settings. Nurse-Pay does not control those settings.
You can remove all data from the app’s Privacy & Settings screen. Deleting the app also removes its local data, subject to backups you control.
Third-party services
The current version does not include advertising, analytics, account, cloud-sync, or third-party data-collection SDKs.
Children’s privacy
Nurse-Pay is a professional pay-estimation tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If Nurse-Pay’s data practices change, this page and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated. The effective date above shows when this policy was last revised.
