Before you contact us

• Check that your device has an internet connection; forecasts and city search need access to Open-Meteo.
• You can search for a city manually if you prefer not to grant location permission.
• To receive heat-risk alerts, enable notifications in the app and allow notifications in your device settings.
• Weather information and wet-bulb estimates are general guidance. They are not on-site WBGT measurements, medical advice, or occupational-safety compliance determinations.

Please describe what happened, your device and iOS version, the app version, and any error message you saw. Do not post precise location data or other sensitive personal information in a public request.
