SoundCue helps you mark important moments in long-form audio, add a note, and return to that passage in one tap.

Common questions

• My audio does not appear. Reopen the file from the Files app or share it to SoundCue, then confirm that the file is still available on your device.
• I cannot find a marker. Open the audio item and use search or tags to locate the saved note or timestamp.
• I am changing devices. Export your markers before deleting the app or moving to another device.
• Playback stops unexpectedly. Check that the original audio file has not been moved, renamed, or removed from Files.

When contacting support

Please include your device model, iOS version, SoundCue version, a short description of what happened, and steps to reproduce the issue. Screenshots are helpful when the issue is visible on screen. Do not include private audio files unless specifically requested.
