Common questions
Do I need to create an account?
No. The current version does not require sign-in or registration.
Is my data uploaded to a server?
No. The current version is designed to keep medication records and reminder settings on the device.
Why are reminders not appearing?
Please confirm notification permission is enabled in iOS settings and that reminders are turned on inside the app.
How do I correct supply counts or refill entries?
Open the relevant medication record and update the stock, refill, or reminder settings directly in the app.
Can the app provide medical advice?
No. Refill Radar is only an organizational reminder tool.

App Review note
The app does not require a test account and does not depend on a backend service. Reviewers can launch the app directly and test medication setup, refill planning, stock updates, and local reminder flows without signing in.
