Refill Radar Privacy Policy
Refill Radar is a local-first medication refill planner and reminder app. This policy explains what information the app handles and how that information is used.
Summary: the current version of Refill Radar does not require an account, does not use advertising SDKs, does not track users across apps, and does not upload app data to developer-operated servers.
Information stored on your device
To provide refill planning and reminder features, the app may store information locally on your device, such as:
- medication names and notes
- dose schedules and reminder settings
- remaining supply counts and refill records
- notification preferences
- basic app settings needed to restore your experience
How your information is used
This information is used only to operate features inside the app, including reminder scheduling, refill planning, supply calculations, and restoring your saved records when you reopen the app.
Data sharing and remote collection
The current version of Refill Radar does not provide account registration, cloud sync, or a remote user database. App data is intended to stay on your device unless you choose to share it yourself using operating system features outside the app.
Analytics and advertising
- No third-party analytics SDKs are included in the current version.
- No advertising SDKs are included in the current version.
- No cross-app tracking is performed in the current version.
Notifications
If you enable reminders, the app may request permission to send local notifications. These notifications are generated on your device to help you remember doses and refill timing.
Your choices
You can edit or delete medication records and reminder settings inside the app. You can also remove local app data by deleting records, clearing app data where supported by the operating system, or uninstalling the app.
Children's privacy
Refill Radar is not directed to children and is not designed as a child-focused online service.
Medical disclaimer
Refill Radar is an organizational tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, prescription services, or emergency support. Always follow guidance from qualified healthcare professionals.
Policy updates
If future versions add accounts, cloud sync, analytics, or other online services, this policy will be updated before those changes are released.
