Turnover Checklist Privacy Policy
Turnover Checklist is an iPhone utility for short-term rental turnover workflows. This privacy policy explains what information the app handles and how that information is used.
Turnover Checklist does not require account creation, does not use advertising trackers, and is designed so properties, turnover records, notes, and proof photos remain on your device unless you choose to export or share a record yourself.
Information the app handles
When you use Turnover Checklist, you may enter or generate property names, address notes, room templates, checklist tasks, restock items, session notes, issue notes, timestamps, photo labels, and other local workflow details. If you add proof photos, the app also handles the images you choose from the camera or photo library.
How information is used
This information is used only to run turnover checklists, track progress, save history, show restock and issue summaries, attach proof photos, and create exportable completion records on the same device.
Data storage
Turnover Checklist is designed for offline use. Properties, sessions, notes, photo records, export preferences, and related app data are stored locally on your device. The current version does not provide account registration, cloud sync, or a remote project database.
Photos and exports
If you add proof photos, the app stores copies in local app storage so the turnover record remains available offline. If you export or share a completion record using the iOS share sheet, that export is initiated by you and may leave the app depending on the destination you choose.
What Turnover Checklist does not do
- Does not require login for core features.
- Does not sell your data.
- Does not track you across apps or websites.
- Does not include third-party ad SDKs.
- Does not upload photos or turnover records to a developer-run server.
Third-party services
The app may rely on standard Apple platform services that support installation, App Store purchase processing, photo access permissions, and user-initiated share actions. If a future version adds analytics, cloud backup, sign-in, or other external integrations, this policy will be updated before those changes are introduced.
Your choices
You can edit or delete local checklist content from within the app where supported. You can also remove local app data by deleting the app from your device. Exported files or shared records are outside the app once you send them to another destination.
Children's privacy
Turnover Checklist is a productivity utility for adult hosts, property managers, and cleaners. It is not directed to children.
Policy updates
This privacy policy may be updated if the app's features or data practices change. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
